Network Resilience
Resilient infrastructure for critical remote connectivity.
GridSecure Networks is designed to support remote operational sites where connectivity matters. Our resilience approach uses UK-based cloud backup servers, secure Linux infrastructure and clear operational support processes to help maintain access, reduce downtime and quickly identify where faults sit.
Backup infrastructure
GridSecure uses UK-based cloud backup servers to provide additional resilience for managed services. As the network grows, our backup capability and failover options continue to develop.
Secure Linux devices
We operate a growing colocation of highly secure and resilient Linux devices that can be tailored to customer policies, protocols and governance requirements.
Operational support
Customers gain access to a support network that helps identify faults, separate connectivity issues from device issues and provide clear ownership from the start.
Resilience model
Built to improve over time.
Resilience is not a single feature. It is an ongoing approach across hosting, routing, monitoring, configuration and support. GridSecure can adapt the managed network around customer requirements, agreed protocols and internal governance so the service remains practical, controlled and supportable.
Design
Responsibilities, access methods and service boundaries are agreed from the outset.
Deploy
Connectivity, routing and secure Linux infrastructure are configured around the customer environment.
Monitor
Site reachability, tunnel health and service status can be monitored through GridSecure systems.
Support
Faults can be logged through the helpdesk and ticketing system so ownership and next actions are clear.
SLAs and responsibility
Clear ownership when something goes wrong.
From the outset, GridSecure aims to be clear on responsibilities, support boundaries and agreed service levels. Our helpdesk and ticketing system gives customers a structured way to raise issues, track progress and work with us to pin down whether a fault relates to connectivity, routing, customer equipment, third-party systems or site conditions.
